Rock County Historical Society has submitted an application for a facade
improvement project at 312 E. Main as proposed in the attached design.
The scope of work includes labor and materials to attach steel siding to the
entire north face and east walls. The total project cost is $30,500.
RCHS is applying for a grant in the amount of $10,675 and a loan in the amount
of $10,675 at a rate of 4% for 7 years. The project is expected to begin in early
2026. RCHS has met all of the requirements for this application.
