LUV Modular, LLC is interested in building a multi-family modular production
facility in the Luverne Industrial Park. The 176,760 sq ft modular manufacturing
facility would require a 15-acre site. Staff and engineers have been working on
site development options, roads, access, utilities, and storm water management.
