BUSINESS

V&D Properties has submitted an application for a facade improvement project
at 203 E. Main St. The scope of work includes replacing one main floor office
window, sealing windows on second floor facing Main Street, and installing new
EPDM membrane and patching several other areas on the roof. The total
project cost is $2550. V&D Properties is applying for a grant in the amount of
$892.50 and is choosing to forgo the loan option. V&D Properties has met all of
the requirements for this grant application.
