MAY - Knutson continued with selective demolition throughout the space. The mechanical contractor continued with underground plumbing and finished up all the underground rough ins besides the kitchen areas. Electricians finished up their underground electrical work. All saw cuttings of the new wall openings were finished up and reinforced angle iron or lintels were installed above new openings. Metal fabricator drilled for all dowels at floor saw cutting areas, so dowel reinforcement can be installed prior to concrete pour back. Mechanical and electrical trades started on all above ceiling rough ins. This includes, but is not limited to new water lines, main air ducts, branch lines, and electrical runs. The exterior signage is being fabricated off site.
