Latham Insurance has submitted an application for a facade improvement project at 108 E. Main St. as proposed in the attached design. The Blue Mound Area Theater owns the building and has given the tenant permission to make the proposed changes.
The scope of work includes repainting the storefront and installing new signage (1/4" flat cut aluminum letters). The total project cost is $6928.
Latham Insurance is applying for a grant in the amount of $2425 and choosing to forgo the loan option. Latham Insurance has met all of the requirements for this application.
