Motion to Approve Facade Improvement Application for Terry Gray & Monty Hagedorn for Project at 218 E. Main Street

Terry Gray & Monty Hagedorn have submitted an application for a facade improvement project at 218 E. Main St. as proposed in the attached design. The scope of work includes:
- Remove existing siding
- Replace east door and remove vent
- Prep substrate
- Replace upper story window sill
- Install black smooth LP panels and trim on lower storefront area
- Install brown LP siding in sign band area
- Install gray/tan 8" OC LP grooved panels on top part of facade above sign
- Install corners, ribbons, and trim and ISC
- Repair damage from roof leak and window sill
- Remove concrete in front of store entry
- Frame crawl space and install rebar stabs
- Pour and finish concrete, caulk perimeter
-Remove bottom screws on roof steel lap, install butyl tape, re-secure roof steel
The total project cost is $32,770.17. Gray & Hagedorn are applying for a grant in the amount of $11,470 and are choosing to forgo the loan option. The applicant has met all of the requirements.
