Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 13D.05, Subdivision 3(c)(3), The Luverne Economic Development Authority will close this meeting to develop or consider offers or counteroffers concerning a proposed lease of real property located at 10 Roundwind Road, City of Luverne, MN. The purpose of this closed session is to discuss and consider proposed lease terms, financial considerations, and potential offers or counteroffers associated with the proposed lease of this property. The proceedings of this closed session will be recorded and retained in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 13D.05, Subdivision 3(c). The EDA will reconvene in open session following the conclusion of the closed session
