This agreement is to provide Premium Minnesota Pork an interconnection at the point of common coupling and operate a distributed energy resource (solar array) with a nameplate of 1.2 megawatts with the area EPS. The solar array Premium Minnesota Pork installed is ready to produce electricity and this agreement must be approved by the City Council acting as the Public Utilities Commission before production begins.
