PROPOSED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2026 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2027 AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING

The proposed 2027 budget was reviewed at the September 14 work session, with a proposed levy increase of 7.122%. The tax levy is set at $4,059,284 which includes the General Fund and debt service. The levy can be lowered at a later date but not increased. This resolution also sets the Truth in Taxation Hearing for December 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
