BMAT has submitted an application for a roof replacement project at 108 E. Main St. The scope of work includes all labor and material to build a sloped steel roof structure over the existing roof; installing new flashing around perimeter of parapet walls; clean up and permit.
The total project cost is $32,500. BMAT applying for a grant in the amount of $11,375 and a loan in the amount of $11,375 at a rate of 4% for 7 years. BMAT has met all of the requirements for this application.
