This payment application is requested progress payment for October 2024. These activities include but are not limited to all casework and countertop materials and some casework installation throughout the space. We finished up the new aluminum storefront glazing systems and continued with working on the new hardware. Acoustical ceilings continued followed by electrical light fixtures, low voltage devices, grilles, registers, and diffusers. The kitchen had the protect-all flooring installed to be ready for kitchen equipment in November. Tiling continued in the bathrooms and plumbers followed with installing sinks & toilets. As of the date of this payment application, the project is 82.54 percent complete.
