The Airport Manager Agreement is between the City of Luverne and GEEUP, LLC to provide comprehensive management, maintenance, and operational services for Quentin Aanenson Field municipal airport, effective May 1, 2026. GEEUP is retained as an independent contractor and is responsible for day-to-day airport operations, regulatory compliance, routine maintenance, fuel sales promotion, reporting, and coordination with the Airport Board, MnDOT, and FAA, in exchange for a monthly management fee of $2,200 plus fuel sale incentive compensation. The City retains ownership of airport facilities and fuel systems, covers major maintenance costs, and may terminate the agreement without cause upon 90 days’ notice or immediately for specified defaults. The agreement includes insurance, indemnification, reporting, and oversight requirements, and remains in effect until terminated under its stated provisions.
