Body

This project will extend Mayes Drive west to provide roadway access and utilities to support the proposed Luv Modular manufacturing facility. Eight bids were received and ranged from $471,814.50 to $728,803.50 with J&J Earth Works, Inc. submitting the low bid; the engineer's estimate was $605,000.00. Construction is anticipated to start this fall.
