RESOLUTION TO CLOSE FUND 611 LEWIS AND CLARK CAPITAL PROJECT FUND AND TRANSFER BALANCE TO FUND 601 WATER FUND

This proposed resolution closes Lewis and Clark Capital Project Special Revenue Fund to the Water Utility Fund. This fund was set up to finance the first connection to Lewis and Clark and has been inactive since 2009. Originally, these funds were set aside to fund the expansion project currently being completed, however the State of Minnesota is covering those costs, leaving this fund obsolete. Currently, the Lewis and Clark Capital Project Fund has a $179,657.94 fund balance.
