Motion to Approve Facade Improvement Application for Luverne Initiatives for Tomorrow (LIFT) for Project at 205 E. Main Street

LIFT has submitted an application for a facade improvement project at 205 E. Main Street as proposed in the attached design.
The scope of work includes:
- replacing entire storefront with new windows, door, and columns
- adding sign panel area with smooth panel and trim above new storefront glass (up to upper story windows)
- signage for 'The Merc'
The total project cost is $45,440. LIFT is applying for a grant in the amount of $15,904 and choosing to forgo the loan option. LIFT has met all of the requirements for this application.
