This proposed resolution authorizes a loan of up to $278,000 from the general fund to the childcare fund to cover a temporary cash deficit created because only part of the $1,000,000 in dedicated donations for the Kids Rock! Childcare Center remodel had been received by year-end 2025. The loan will be repaid as the remaining donations are received at 0 percent interest, effective December 1, 2025.
