MIGHTY DUCKS GRANT PROGRAM (MINNESOTA AMATEUR-SPORTS COMMISSION) GRANT FUNDING ASSISTANCE FOR BMIA CHILLER REPLACEMENT

This proposed resolution is to update the verbiage of the resolution approving the Mighty Ducks Grant Program grant request per Minnesota Management and Budget requirements. As the City is the lessee of the grant received the matching funds must list all City funds instead of indicating the loan to the Hockey Club. The loan agreement with the Hockey Club will be unchanged, but will be separated from the grant with the State of Minnesota.
