Proposed Ordinance No. 63 authorizes the conveyance of a small portion of waterway located within the industrial park to the Luverne Economic Development Authority (LEDA), allowing it to be combined with the surrounding Mayes Addition property, which is also owned by LEDA. With this being an ordinance, a roll-call vote would be in order.
