This change order is for replacing the existing sanitary sewer line back to the main; table, chairs and a lectern to facilitate staff training in the board room; and a monument sign to be fabricated and installed near Blue Mound Ave/Roundwind Road.
These changes result in a net increase of $65,352.76, which will come out of the contingency balance. After this change order, the balance remaining in contingency is $91,129.87. The GMP remains unchanged.
