On behalf of the Luverne Hockey Club, Jeff Haubrich has submitted a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Application for Exempt Permit for purposes of conducting their annual fundraising raffle. The raffle drawing will be held December 17, 2025 at the Blue Mound Ice Arena. The Council will need to acknowledge the application with no waiting period, approve the application with a 30-day waiting period, or deny the application.
