This agreement is a cooperative construction agreement between the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the City of Luverne, and Rock County for improvements along Trunk Highway 75 from West Maple Street to West Veterans Drive. The project includes grading, surfacing, ADA improvements, lighting, signal systems, watermain, sanitary sewer, and pedestrian crosswalk flasher systems. The City of Luverne will contribute an estimated $1,691,111.14 toward ADA, utility, lighting, and aesthetic improvements, while Rock County will contribute $257,939.99 for signal system components. The agreement outlines responsibilities for construction, maintenance, and cost-sharing, and authorizes the City and County to execute related documents and manage their respective portions of the project.
