The February payment application is Knutson Construction billing in full, less the retainage amount. The month of February included final finishing touches on the facility including but not limited to HVAC test & balancing, punch list corrections, paint touch ups, miscellaneous finish carpentry work, remaining doors & hardware, cleaning, and owner furniture deliveries and install. As of the date of this application, the project is 97.34 percent complete.
