On behalf of Cleveringa Construction, Derek Sandbulte is requesting a waiver of subdivision requirements for Lot 7 of Uithoven Estates, Common Interest Community No. 21. Cleveringa Construction developed this parcel with a new twin home and it is now ready to be subdivided into two legal parcels as Unit 7 and Unit 8 and sold to new owners.
