AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE REGARDING TRUNK HIGHWAY 75 PROJECT (VARIOUS TRACTS IN CITY OF LUVERNE, ROCK COUNTY, MINNESOTA)

The State of Minnesota, through its Department of Transportation (MnDOT), has requested purchasing portions of city property for improvements to Highway 75. MnDOT has completed an appraisal for the property purchase and has certified the appraised amounts offered to the city: $5,200 for Parcel 15 and $4,600 for Parcel 13, located at the corner of Highway 75 and Main. These amounts cover the real estate being acquired as well as compensation for any damages or loss in value to the remaining property and temporary easements. With this being an ordinance, a roll call vote would be in order.
