The December payment application includes but is not limited to the floor and wall tiling, flooring preparation & vinyl tile, misc. painting, the remainder of the signage, and mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and plumbing scopes. This also includes labor costs for the installation of grab bars, toilet accessories, toilet compartments, mirrors, and other division 10 materials. Owner change order #11 was billed, which includes added corner guards, existing tile removal labor, linear diffuser concrete infills, kid-to-adult size toilet kits, and the added security cameras. As of the date of this payment application, the project is 92.46 percent complete.
