This proposed resolution sets rules and Council procedures according to the City Charter Section 4.02. The resolution sets the rules for Council table governance such as: Roberts Rules of Order for Parliamentary Procedure, times of the meetings, payment of claims and other orders of business, rules of voting, what constitutes a quorum, rules of seating, etc.
