The State of Minnesota legalized the use and sale of low-dose cannabis and hemp-derived THC edible products in 2022. The City adopted an ordinance regulating the sale of low-dose cannabis and hemp-derived products within the City through registration, as allowed by Minnesota state law. The Apothecary and Herb-n-Legend have submitted their registration forms for 2025 through the City as their Rock County registrations expire on December 31, 2024. The completed applications are attached, fees have been paid and background checks were also found to be favorable.
