A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

As per State Law, the City Charter, existing AFSCME labor agreement, and consistent with the completed City Budget Hearing, this resolution approves the 2025 City Budget and the five-year capital improvement plan. The City Administrator is also authorized and directed to increase the City’s 2025 pay and classification plan by 3.50%, effective January 1, 2025.
