Landowners Darwin & Janine Brands (225 W Crawford) and Thomas & Sara Lanoue (412 N Kniss) are requesting to subdivide the Eastern 6 feet of their parcels to convey the land to Thomas & Sara Lanoue (213 W Crawford) which is compact and contiguous with their current parcels. This subdivision and conveyance of property does not adversely affect the area, and in no way negatively impacts the development of the City of Luverne or any future plans that the City has.
