AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE (A TRACT IN BLOCK 16 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF LUVERNE, ROCK COUNTY, MINNESOTA)

The new property owners of 220 N Cedar have requested to purchase the city-owned grassy area around their property owned by the City for $1,583.50 plus closing costs. This subdivision and conveyance of property does not adversely affect the area, and in no way negatively impacts the development of the City of Luverne or any future plans that the City has. With this being an Ordinance, a roll-call vote would be in order.
