PROPOSED RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE WAIVER OF CHAPTER 152 SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS AND RECORDING OF SUBDIVIDED PROPERTY (City of Luverne to Joshua and Ame Young)

Upon approval of proposed Ordinance No. 45, the City Council must adopt a resolution waiving City Code Chapter 152 subdivision requirements in order to subdivide and convey the grassy area owned by the City to Joshua and Ame Young who are purchasing the compact and contiguous property at 220 N Cedar Street. This subdivision and conveyance of property does not adversely affect the area, and in no way negatively impacts the development of the City of Luverne or any future plans that the City has.
