A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (UNPAID UTILITY & MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES)

This proposed resolution sets the public hearing on proposed assessments (unpaid utility bills and miscellaneous work such as mowing, snow removal, tree work, etc.) for October 8, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. The City Clerk will publish the date and time of the public hearing and also send letters to the affected property owners with the amount of the assessments at least two weeks prior to the hearing. Discussion followed on changing the time of the public hearing to 5:30 p.m. to allow more time after working hours for the hearing.
