Representing the Luverne Area Community Foundation, Emily Crabtree has submitted an application for exempt permit to conduct a raffle on behalf of the Events at the Lake fund held at the Luverne Community Foundation. The funds raised from the raffle will be used to provide community activities and help cover the cost of the annual fireworks display on the 4th of July.
