Contractors finished up remaining concrete infills July 1 and moved right into the structural steel and bar joist reinforcement. The bar joists and other structural steel is complete. Framers have been onsite the month of July and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) contractors have followed them with their in-wall rough-ins and above-ceiling rough-ins. In-wall backing is ongoing. The playground area is complete with poured-in-place rubber. Sheetrock has begun and mud/tapers are following them throughout. Henning Construction mobilized heavy equipment towards the end of the month and began their exterior improvements for the parking area.
