The Today and Tomorrow’s Tradesmen “TNT” class through Luverne Public Schools has completed the new home at 414 N Spring Street. In order to sell the property, the City needs to sign a listing contract with the local realtors. Following discussion in Executive Session, Council adjourned into open session to vote on the listing agreement.
