Hulstein Excavating has substantially completed the parking lot project and all that remains is to seed the boulevards that were disturbed. Seeding will take place mid-late August when seeding conditions are favorable. The Public Works Department has patched the asphalt adjacent to the new curb and gutter and has installed the new stairs near the building and zoning office.
