This payment application includes continued miscellaneous demolition throughout the childcare building and demolition of exterior metal panels for structural steel access. Mechanical and electrical contractors continued with their above ceiling rough in and plumbers finished the underground plumbing. Following inspections, contractors prepped for concrete and installed dowels and welded wire mesh. Contractors finished concrete pour back on the interior of the building. Structural steel and steel stud framers mobilized and began their scope of work with electrical in wall rough in’s.
