Representing Luverne Lake Events, Jen Wiebe has applied for permission to host a public 4th of July event at The Lake, located on West Edgehill Street in Luverne. Activities include a triathlon, hula-hoop contest, bean bags, inflatables, limbo contest, tug of war, face painting, bingo and a live band. The request also includes shooting fireworks at 10:00 p.m.
