Hulstein Construction has completed the pavement removal and storm sewer work for the back parking lot project. Work is now being completed on subgrade preparation prior to installing the granular subbase. Public Works will begin installing the concrete piers for the stairs prior to any concrete or paving. The paving is expected to begin as soon as the site is ready and weather conditions cooperate.
