Property owner James Montag is requesting subdivision of his parcel to convey .53 acres to Security Savings Bank which is compact and contiguous with their current parcel. This subdivision and conveyance of property does not adversely affect the area, and in no way negatively impacts the development of the City of Luverne or any future plans that the City has.
