Knutson construction mobilized to the childcare center jobsite and set up temporary facilities. These temporary facilities include jobsite trailers, dumpsters, port-a-john, temp electrical/power, internet, & computer services inside trailer. Selective demolition began onsite with miscellaneous walls, flooring and some ceilings. Mechanical and electrical trades have also been onsite starting with all their demolition. The concrete floors have been sawcut for underground plumbing and electrical runs. Plumbers began excavations inside the building for underground plumbing, and they began running their underground drains. Steel fabrication is in process offsite, prepping all lintels, angle iron, structural steel, decking, and any other miscellaneous metals to be installed in the coming weeks.
