A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE USDA GRANT CLOSING PROCEDURES FOR LUVERNE CHILDCARE CENTER

This proposed resolution approves and authorizes closing procedures for the $2.6 million USDA grant to renovate the Luverne Childcare Center. The project costs and funding sources have been adjusted since the initial application after the bids were opened on March 5, 2024. The resolution allows signing of grant documents and recording necessary documents with Rock County.
