The City Council authorized the Mayor and City Administrator to sign a purchase agreement for the sale of the first Tomorrows Tradesmen (TNT) house that was remodeled. The property was obtained by the City through tax forfeiture, the house was moved onto the property and remodeled by the TNT class through the school. Originally intended for a different buyer, the Council will repeal the existing ordinance and adopt a new one for the new buyer, authorizing final signatures on the sale. Since this involves an ordinance, a vote by each council member (roll-call) is required.
