FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER OF LUVERNE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING ALLEGED CITY CODE VIOLATIONS AND NUISANCE CONDITIONS AT 501 W EDGEHILL STREET

The City Council will hold a nuisance abatement hearing to consider the nuisance conditions and City Code violations existing at property owned by Randy Kephart and located at 501 W. Edgehill Street. This proposed resolution will declare conditions on the property to be a public nuisance, sets deadlines for compliance and directs staff and the City Attorney to consider all legal actions to abate nuisance conditions, if compliance is not met.
