Creating a community-based child care center has been a top priority to address the need for additional child care services in Luverne and Rock County. The City has been diligently working with ISG (Architect) and Knutson Construction (CMAR) to finalize the plans and specs for the project at 1 Roundwind Road. The project is ready to go out to bid and Knutson Construction will be receiving the bids which are due March 5. All subcontracts will be held between Knutson and the subcontractors.
