The Airport Manager Agreement and the FBO (Fixed Base Operator) Lease are two documents that pertain to the day-to-day operations of the Airport and how the Airport is run by the Airport Board. Ben Baum is the present Manager of the Airport (since 2012) and he is also the Fixed Base Operator. After a review by staff, it was found there needed to be some minor amendments to the contracts to reflect the actual terms of each agreement. Section 1 of the manager agreement was amended to include deductions of the cost of internet and FBO lease payment from the airport manager fee, and section 13 (g) was amended to require the airport manager contact the Public Works Director immediately if unable to issue NOTAMs. Section 3 of the FBO lease removed the cost of electric charges from the FBO lease, which is included in the rent.
